Pert Residence

This family heirloom in Pilot Bay, Mount Maunganui underwent a major rebuild, keeping the existing concrete basement structure and then constructing an all new first floor.

The original farm culvert pipe detail at the front door is now the only remaining feature from the original family bach, with all new plaster and cedar cladding surrounding it.  

Due to the location and council requirements, a flood protection system was imported from America and installed at the driveway entrance. This enabled the clients to have a level entry driveway and peace of mind while away.
